Experience
Have tutored voluntarily in high school and have helped friends with upcoming tests. I have taken the SAT and ACT, scoring a 2000 on the SAT and a 31 on the ACT, and tested out of pre-calculus through CLEP. I want to be a tutor because I feel like I am patient and can explain things in multiple ways, and it also allows me to work with people, which I enjoy. I have taken a variety of AP classes in high school, including biology, english, government, US history/english combo class, and calculus. In college I have taken both basic chemistry's, both basic biology's, a technical writing class, a humanities class, and a history class covering the United State's history after 1877. Currently I am also enrolled in genetics, programming fundamentals, Texas local government, plant science, and ethics. I graduated high school with a 3.97 GPA.
